Practical HVAC teaching with institution, teacher and student roles.
Institutions receive an agreed account quota. Teachers have separate groups and can review their students' work. School administrators manage teachers and students.
In practice
Each student has 500 MB. The optional 20 GB upgrade costs EUR 15 including VAT, from payment until the end of the school year. Payments are web-only; institution-funded upgrades are arranged by an administrator.
Are school records kept forever?
No. Annual cleanup on 31 August removes school data under the academic access rules; accounts and memberships remain. Reports identify educational use and the institution.
