These terms govern access to and use of the HVAC.TOP installer operations platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
HVAC.TOP provides tools for managing customers, sites, object inspections, files, email workflows, reports, calendars, and subscriptions. The platform supports installer operations but does not replace professional technical judgement or legally required documentation.
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your login credentials, and use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activities performed through your account.
Installer access is provided through a monthly or yearly subscription. Payments and self-service subscription management are processed through Stripe. Access may be limited or suspended when a subscription expires or payment remains unresolved after the applicable grace period.
You are responsible for ensuring that customer data, uploaded files, email messages, signatures, and reports are collected and processed lawfully. Do not upload content that you are not authorized to store or share.
The platform is provided as an operational tool. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance, updates, or events outside our reasonable control. You remain responsible for verifying technical data and maintaining any records required for your work.
These terms may be updated when the platform or applicable requirements change. The current version published on this page applies from the stated effective date.
